JABO, Inc., began operations in 1987 and produced industrial marbles. In 1993, they purchased the machinery and name of Vitro Agate, becoming JABO-Vitro Agate Company. Company co-founder Dave McCullough (formerly of Champion Agate) would produce several limited runs each year marketed as "Classics." Each run was different, many fluoresce and all are unique to JABO. The company closed in 2007.
